Farrow & Ball Aranami Wallpaper is a distinctive decorative wall covering inspired by the movement of ocean waves. The name “Aranami” means “raging waves” in Japanese, and the design is influenced by the traditional Japanese paper-cutting art known as kiri-e. The flowing pattern captures the rhythm and motion of water, creating a wallpaper that feels both dynamic and calming at the same time.

The repeating wave pattern adds texture and depth to interior walls while maintaining a clean and balanced look. Because of its geometric yet organic appearance, Aranami wallpaper works beautifully in both contemporary and classic interiors. It is often used in living rooms, hallways, bedrooms or feature walls where a subtle but interesting decorative element is desired.

Farrow & Ball wallpapers are produced using traditional printing techniques in Dorset, England. Instead of digital ink printing, real paint is applied directly onto the paper surface, creating a textured matte finish with exceptional depth of colour. This method gives the wallpaper a handcrafted character and ensures each roll has a slightly unique appearance.

The paper used for Farrow & Ball wallpaper is sourced from responsibly managed forests and contains no vinyl, which makes it more environmentally considerate while still maintaining a high-quality decorative finish. When installed on properly prepared walls, the wallpaper provides a durable and elegant surface that can transform the atmosphere of a room.
